General information – facilities policy for Naval Villa in Tavronitis Chania Crete
Smoking is not allowed at villas’ interior spaces; you can smoke freely at the exterior spaces and terraces.
Please use the pool carefully, pay attention to the glass window of the pool.
Diving in the pool is forbidden.
When going outdoors, you can use the door stoppers to prevent the doors from closing.
Please do not throw your trash outdoors, there are special waste bins that you can use.
To prevent insects from entering the house, please use the citronella candles that can be found in the kitchen cabinets.
Please observe the quiet hours and respect the use of common outdoor areas. During the summer period, the quiet hours are from 15.00 to 17.30 and from 23.00 to 07.00.
Money and valuables are kept safe at your own responsibility. You can use the safe boxes in the wardrobes that locks with your own code. A portable computer can be stored inside.
The cleaning of all premises is undertakendaily and you will be informed by the landlord/administrator.
Please be especially cautious when lighting candles to avoid disasters and accidents.
In case of any damage, please inform the management or the cleaning lady immediately.
In the event of serious damages or destruction of furniture and appliances beyond the wear of normal use, you are required to compensate for them when checking-out.
The use of drugs and excessive alcohol consumption is prohibited.
