Nestled in the tranquil area of Exo Gialos, Karterados, on Santorini’s eastern coast, Sea & Sand Villas offer a harmonious blend of traditional Cycladic architecture and modern luxury. The complex comprises three distinct accommodations
- Sea Villa: A spacious 120 m² villa accommodating up to 6 guests, featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi), a fully equipped kitchen, and a furnished veranda.
Sand Villa: A 105 m² villa suitable for up to 4 guests, boasting three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and outdoor seating areas.

- 5 days (4 nights) accommodation with breakfast included (available vegetarian options) in a luxurious villa complex near the sea and with 2 private outdoor pools and outside shower, furnished balconies or patios, garden, BBQ facilities, and picnic area. Each unit includes a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and dining area. The villa offers air conditioning and heating in all rooms, Satellite TV, stereo system, and free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. The laundry facilities provided are washing machine and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Bathroom amenities included are hydromassage showers, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, and towels.
